From craft to the future

Indigo dyeing is filled with the wisdom of people from the past.  The process is mysterious and I always wonder how they established the technique to get blue from green leaves.   Indigo  dyed fabric also express pure white and  blurring when  nui-shibori, hand-stitching with a needle and thread to create intricate patterns, is applied on them.   I want to pass on the value of handcrafts to the future, with deep gratitude to those who created these techniques.
